Commands are the things found in the group which give you what you want to do.

A template is an example, or starting place.

A template is helpful because they are a starting place for you to build on.

It gives you more of a visual preview of what you want to do and gives you an easier layout of the your ribbon or it can help you with headings , titles and emphasis etc.

Some of the uses of a table are making spreadsheets, making resumes and other everyday things.

Graphics are the images found in the different groups that show you what that does, so it is kind of giving you a preview.

Mail merge is to create a form letter which you intend to print or email multiple time.

So people can not change a document once it is written.

It is constantly change because it is always competing with mac. So they need to keep their business going so they always have a very tight competition.

Some of the things you can do to learn something about technology is just play around with things , like trial and error. Or you can read a manual or directions.
